3a. Hydration Quiz

Our website includes a Hydration Quiz that asks questions about your activity level, training frequency, lifestyle and hydration goals. The information you provide in the quiz is used solely to generate a general product recommendation and is not stored as part of your personal health record.

If you choose to enter your email address to receive your quiz results, that email is collected and may be used to send you your personalised recommendation and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. Your quiz responses are used in aggregate to improve the quiz and our product recommendations.

The quiz does not collect or store medical information. Your answers are used only to suggest electrolyte products that may be generally suited to your activity type. This is not a health assessment and the results do not constitute medical advice.
