We deliver across Australia via Australia Post.
All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse and delivered via Australia Post. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch within 1 business day.
Delivery times listed below are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, time of year, and network demand.

All delivery timeframes below are estimates only based on Australia Post's standard network and are not guaranteed. Drink SALTD is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery times are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation. During peak periods (including sales events and the holiday season) dispatch may take up to 2 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery directly at auspost.com.au/track.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of checkout. Drink SALTD is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We deliver to residential and business addresses. PO boxes are accepted for standard post only. Australia Post parcel lockers are supported.
If no one is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card and attempt redelivery or redirect to your nearest Post Office for collection, subject to their standard procedures.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight and the shipping method selected. All applicable rates will be shown before you confirm payment. We periodically offer free standard postage on qualifying orders.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is on our roadmap, stay tuned.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking details via Australia Post. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@drinksaltd.com.au and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the matter.
Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched and is in the Australia Post network, resolution timeframes are subject to Australia Post's investigation process.
