1. About Drink SALTD

Drink SALTD (ABN 94 840 867 560) is an Australian online marketplace that curates and resells electrolyte and hydration products sourced from independent third-party brands and suppliers. We do not manufacture, formulate or produce any products sold on this platform.

All product information, descriptions, ingredients and claims are provided by the respective brand or manufacturer. For detailed product information, including formulation, allergens, contraindications or suitability for specific health conditions, please consult directly with the relevant brand or manufacturer.

2. Products and Product Information

Third-party products. All products sold on Drink SALTD are manufactured, tested and labelled by independent third-party brands. Drink SALTD makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of any product descriptions, ingredient lists, nutritional information or any claims made by the brands whose products we stock.

No health or therapeutic claims. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, therapeutic claims or a recommendation to use any product to treat, prevent, diagnose or cure any health condition. Electrolyte and hydration products are general nutrition and hydration products and are not medicines or therapeutic goods unless specifically listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).

Consult a professional. If you have any health condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product purchased from our platform.

Product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the actual product received.

• The quiz does not take into account your full health history, medications, clinical conditions or individual physiology
• Drink SALTD makes no medical claims in connection with the quiz or any products recommended through it

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment gateways. Drink SALTD does not store your payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Drink SALTD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@drinksaltd.com.au.

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the description on our website at the time of purchase. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded by these Terms.

For product faults, defects or quality concerns relating to a specific brand's product, we may refer you directly to the manufacturer or brand for resolution.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drink SALTD's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our website is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

Drink SALTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or any product purchased through it, including any adverse reactions to products. As a reseller, Drink SALTD expressly disclaims all liability for the quality, safety, formulation or fitness for purpose of third-party products beyond what is required by the ACL.

All content on the Drink SALTD website including text, graphics, logos, images and software is the property of Drink SALTD or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks appearing on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Drink SALTD by those brands.
